The proposed two-storey residence with roof deck in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu is designed as a modern tropical contemporary Meditteranean home that combines elegance, functionality, and climate-responsive architecture. The design emphasizes vertical proportions, clean architectural lines, and open living spaces while integrating natural elements that complement the tropical environment of Cebu.

The façade showcases a balanced composition of neutral wall finishes, expansive glass windows, textured exterior surfaces, and minimalist detailing that create a refined and sophisticated architectural character. Large window openings are strategically incorporated to maximize natural lighting, ventilation, and visual connectivity between indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing comfort and energy efficiency throughout the residence.

A prominent feature of the design is the roof deck and elevated outdoor terrace, which provide additional recreational and leisure spaces while maximizing views and outdoor living opportunities. The pergola-covered balcony introduces depth and texture to the façade while offering shaded outdoor areas suitable for relaxation and social gatherings. The integration of greenery and hanging plants softens the modern architectural form and strengthens the project’s tropical identity.
